How to Use the coldstart Command
1 At the user> prompt, type coldstart and press Enter.
The following prompt is displayed:
2 Do one of the following:
a If you want to reset all parameters on the SP201-SA, type y and
press Enter.
The SP201-SA is re-initialized and is set to the default parameter
values. During the coldstart, the console displays the boot banner
and other information. After the SP201-SA has reset, the application
banner and the user> prompt are displayed.
b If you do not want to reset the parameters, type n and press Enter.
The coldstart command is aborted. The user> prompt is
displayed.
2.4.4 The restorecfg Command
The restorecfg command retrieves a configuration from flash memory. (To
save a configuration into flash memory, see Section 2.4.2, The savecfg
Command.)
The restorecfg command is run during monitor mode. You can reach this
mode by performing a warmstart or a coldstart, as described in the
following procedure.
Coldstarting will reset all user definable parameters to their
factory defaults and drop any calls that are in progress.
